Is there any benefit that I can claim to assist with paying my mortgage. I have been told you can get help with paying the interest on the mortgage but dont know if this is true?
I am going through divorce at the moment but have a very low income. I am self employed but the business is still in the early stages so only have around £3000 per year coming in. I have two children aged 6 and 2. My husband says that we will have to sell the house as he cant afford to pay for it and his new place. I would be gratefulfor any help on this matter or if there may be anything else i can claim to help.

since you did not list US dollars, I will assume you are not in the US,
in there US there is no such benifit. What country are you in ?
