Get out of mortgage

A friend of mine recently purchased a home with her boyfriend and it did not work out and she wants to leave and he doesnt want to sell and cant afford it alone how does she get her name off loan? or is there a way to make him sell?

If he's going to live in the hhouse on his own he should refinance so the mortage is in his name only. If he can't afford it alone then he needs to find another house. If he refuses, take him to court.

The ONLY way she is going to get off the loan is if he refinances or they sell. The only way she is going to force him into doing so is to take him to court. So she needs to consult an attorney.
