default liability

When I go through foreclosure, do I have to claim bankruptcy in california?
I probably owe 80,000 more than its worth.

Hello Rain:

You don't have to go bk, but if you don't, the bank is going to sue you for the $80K.

Hello charmur:

You have to spell out what problems you're having, and you should start your own thread.
