deed of trust

My mother is 84 yrs. old and we have lived in our home over 7 years. Although I have made payments and her support is mostly dependant on me, the house is in her name. My credit isn't good enough to transfer ownership to me and we are worried if any thing should happen to her how I would be able to get the house in my name. We only owe appx. 79,000.00 on it.I heard a deed of trust might be the way to go, but I don't know anything about it. If it is the way to go, would you suggest I use legalzoom.com services? I hope you can help us with this, we just don't know what to do. Thank You!
