We need more room baby due in 9 weeks

I am in need of a miracle. I've renting a house for 900 a month for the last three years. My goal was to have moved after the first year but family circumstances altered that. Now my son and his wife are living with me and they are expecting their first baby in July. The reason I am renting is because when my ex and I separated he gave me the house to raise our children in. The children grew, graduated and off they went. In the meantime my ex who was living in an apartment complex - that had a turn over of patrons living there - found out he had cancer. He is a vietnam vet paratrooper amputee and his enviroment was not safe. Besides his disabilities from the war he was sick and very weak so I decided to move out and let him move in so his healing process would not be compromised. It was the right thing to do - no regrets. But now I'm in need of a home of my own however my credit is a little bumpy. A couple of strong issues I was faced with (be glad to share with potential lender) and I would like to invest what I pay in rent into something of my own. I am extending a big plea for help, advice or guidance on how I can get a mortgage loan with my credit condition. I would be very grateful for any help you can give.

Thank you
ernemmer
