Contract for Deed. Can bank call?

I am considering taking a contract for deed from what appears to be an able and reliable family. I would own a new house that is mortgaged as well as still holding the mortgage on the house I am selling via the CtoD.
I heard that even if I never miss a payment on either mortgage that the bank that holds the mortgage on the house I am selling can call the loan. That would suck.
Does anyone know? State of Minnesota if that helps
