Redemption fees

Is there any way to change mortgate companies or type of mortgage with current lender, but not be held to redemption fee. Our redemption fee is extremely high and we are facing losing our home as mortgage payments have risen so high

Your only option would be to refinance.

I don't think this will be possible without paying your fees.
