Deed Confusing

Robert and Jean bought a house back in September 2007. To this day she keeps saying its her house because she makes the payments on the house. But on the deed it has mine and her name on? IS she right?

The people whose names are on the deed are the owners of the house. It doesn't make any difference who makes the payments. If you are on the deed then the property can't be sold without your signature.
