Suggesting a good lcd monitor

I want to buy an lcd monitor But I am confused because their are so much good varieties.
Anyway which monitor is the best for its response time ratio etc and price.
The choices are:

1.PHILIPS 19.1”LCD 190CW7CS
2.Samsung 740BX
3.NEC MultiSync® 70GX2

)Please give right answers with genuine reasons)

Right now I'm using the MultiSync 90GX2 and absolutely loving it. I've bought only MultiSync for years.

This particular one is great because not only does it have a fantastic picture but it also fades when looked at from angles. This is a privacy feature so others can't see what you're doing.
