| Re: No Monitor Display Have you tried scanreg/restore? This will take you back to where your monitor was working. To do this, shut down in DOS mode. You should be at a windows prompt.(C:\Windows)
Type- cd command. This should take you to - C:\windows\command.
now type- scanreg\restore,( a space after the word scanreg)
a blue screen should come up with dates that should get you back to when the monitor worked. Highlight that date and restore. Be advised that you will lose any material you installed after that date. Good luck, Tom |
