monitor says no signal

HELP! I just got my computer back from being "fixed". Now, when I connect it to my monitor the monitor says "NO SIGNAL". I tried 2 different monitors and they both say the same thing. The guy at the computer shop said he had to put in a new graphics card. Could that have something to do with it?

I need help -- I use my computer for my business.

Also, a green light comes on the monitor for a split second, then changes to amber but still says NO SIGNAL.

hi can any advise me, my monitor is showing no NO SIGNAL and i cant go in to change anything. help
