Monitor the output

Monitor the output

Hi,
I am using a lg monitor.... have checked the cables that are connecting.... have also tried with a diffrent monitor it connect`s {able to view picture`s}.... however on the first i am not able to. It does not indicate power.... shall i try to change the tube or?
