Calibration!

Hello,
I need help please with calibrating my monitor. Its a tv/monitor and does not have a default Daylight/or D65/ Or D6500 setting on it. So its all over the place. All i have is a brightness and contrast setting and seperate red, blue and green settings! Can any one at all shed any light on this for me please. My monitor looks horrible. I print alot of photos, which is why you can understand that i need it sorting! Thank you!!!! Emma x
