Monitor flashes yellow

My monitor flashes yellow all the time. some times its normal then everything gets this yellow tint to it. the yellow get pretty bright then it will go back to normal again. Help me is my monitor going out or is something wrong with my computer?

you can try your PC on another monitor, if other monitor screen turns yellow you would look at your PC, if another monitor works fine, then you would just need to get a new monitor, there relativly cheap these days- more thatn likely its the monitor though
