Monitor colors faded (Monitor color problem)

i have an envision flat screen monitor and the issue is i had a worm on my computer so i had to reboot it.When the startup came up the colors were faded in a blueish light hue . I updated the drives but still nothing worked. i dont know if its the monitor or vga cable or just the video card in the computer but monitor doesn't seem to display any "Red". Everything is a light blueish-green hue. If I look at a image that I know has the color red in it - it will look like a blue-green. so please if anyone can help me i would appreciate thanks

Hi,
Have you tried the monitor on another computer, see if it works as it should?
If you had a worm on your computer and rebooted, have you run an antivirus scan in SafeMode?
After running a scan, and if the monitor works OK on another computer, then there is a good chance it's your display settings. Check those at Control Panel/Display.
I hope this helps, and if not, please post back.
