My Moniter is shaking

Well i was on an MMO game and out of no where my computer screen starts shaking and i can barely see text or anything like that....can anyone help me out? please and thanks

Make sure your plugs are all pushed in completely and that no other electrical component is near your monitor.Even a cell phone.
I have had this happen right before my monitor bit the dust.
