text on screen gone blurry

hi
i have just had my computer formatted it was fine at first but now my text on screen has gone blurry. Can anyone help?

Sounds like a resolution/refresh issue.

Right click on your desktop --> choose Properties --> Settings --> Advanced --> Monitor

Then click the scroll tab for the refresh rate and set it higher. Probably set it at at least 75 Hertz.
