Info on finding lost father and sister?

I have "waisted" $100's on all the so-called search sites, is there really any place to get help with locating a dead father and possible sister???? I have no real info other than names, we were separated when I was under 5yo, his name is Randolph Raymond Ferris and that is about all I can go on, other than he used to live in southern illinois. has been many many years and I do know that he has passed on, I do not have the luxury of asking any other family about him. there has to be a way to find someone, HELP if you can,

Thank you for that info, unfortunatley that is all I have came up with also, I GUESS IT IS JUST NOT IN THE CARDS FOR ME TO KNOW THIS info, have been looking and trying to figure for over 10 years now and I am to the point of it is just not gonna happen...
