Please help, I am new to this site and i need all the help i can get. My brother is looking for his daughter that he never met. When he was a teenager he got his then girlfriend Lisa pregnant and her mother made her move away and never have contact with him. it wasn't until 2 years later that a friend of the babies mom came to me and secretly gave me a picture of the baby whose name is Jessica marie and told me that she was living with her mom Lisa and Lisa's new boyfriend Adrian and that Adrian was raising the baby as if it was his. They wanted no contact from my brother and have never come forward since. We only have one picture of Jessica when she is 1 1/2 yrs. old and my brother has spent many years looking for her. But with such little info to go on it is very difficult. The baby would be approx. 19yrs old now and her mom Lisa is approx 40 yrs. old. we don't have a last name to go on just first and middle and we think she would have been born in 1987 in Riverside county California. Can anyone point us in the right direction as to where to look for someone without knowing the last name?
