A woman who has a mortgage on a property is trying to sell before going into foreclosure. Unfortunately she put Jimmie Darrell Thornbery on the deed but cannot find him so she can sell it. Where should she begin looking or are there other steps she can take to remove him from the deed?

It would seem Jimmie Darrell Thornbery is the owner of the property if that is the name on the deed, I don't see how a non-owner can do anything at all.
