I may have a half sister.

I have been trying to locate some one by the name of Ruby Wood Hodges from Georgia. She had a daughter named Melissa. I would like to fine out if she is my half sister. They lived in Charleston or Florence, SC. around 1960. What would be the best way to fine out. She is probably married by now and in her 50's.
