looking for my little sister

i'm looking for my little sister that was given up for adoption when she was a baby. she will be turning 19 this november 10. her name at birth was Melissa Ann. if any one has any ifo please help me find her. she was born in steubenville, ohio. i was told about her when i was 10 and i am going to be 23 in dec. does anyone have any idea's of what i could do to find her?

If you know the agency they were adopted from they might give some information since she is now an adult, it's worth a try.

i've been trying the agency that she was given to put being that she was put into a closed adoption all of her info has to go through the state then through all kinds of stuff that is just giving me the run around.

call the agency they adopted her from.

i have been keeping in contact with the agency, but no luck because my sister was put up for a closed adoption back in 1988.
