looking for william deeson, aka bill

I have used every "free" search possible but none are helpful. I am looking for someone I knew yrs ago but haven't spoken to in about 7yrs. His name is Bill deeson, he was in the Air Force and his last known location was Great Falls, MT. Does anyone know how to really search for someone for free? I don't know how people google someone and find them-I haven't had that luck. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
