lost contact

i met this guy called Neil on holiday in 2007 in crete, however i never got in contact and now i want to find him could anyone help? as i dont know his last name its very difficult but i do have pictures and other information. like he's 23/24 he lives in a little place near leeds. he has a tour tshirt with king slayer on the back and 69, he's a mechanical engineer please reply xxxx
