Greetings, I am trying to help my mother located her son Glenn Scroggins whom she gave up for adoption back in 1984 when he was two years old. I grew up with him, because we were adopted together. In 2001 we ran in to each other at the Great Lakes Naval basic station. I haven't seen him since. And I have try everything with having to pay to look for him. you see our birth mother will be turning 50 soon., and I would love to her to be reunited with him. thank you,
