locate air force dad

How do I find my father? He was stationed at Biloxi Air Force Base in 1966. He got transferred to Nebraska. His surname is Blue. He was from Wilmington, NC. I don't know any other info.

Hello mariposalibre. I believe that I may have found the the correct information on the service member in question. Do to his right of privacy, has paternity ever been established ?

I don't know if paternity was established. My mother died unexpectedly in 1997. I have very little information and am not sure how to move forward. Advice?
