I dont know how to feel

I was marreid to a man in Kissimmee Florida for 9 years. We divorced in 1999 and began talking in 2003. October 14th 2003 he promised to call me that night and i never heard from him again. I went to the site PIPL.com and looked him up - it seems he died on January 25, 2004 just 3 months 10 days after the last email to me! I need to find out how he died. No family to call. Cannot order death certificate becasue I am no longer family. He raised my children as their dad and they want answers as they were hurt for many years he quit contacting them and now they understand it was becasue he died. But they still want to know how - is there anywehre i can go to find out how someone died? No obituary casue its been 4 years and paper only saves for 1 year

Maybe the newspaper has an archives (even online). Does he have any friends, families, co-workers, etc. that you could contact?

This is going to sound bad, but have you tried google"ing" his death? I'm not sure where the death occured or what his name was but just searching "kissimmee man died January 25, 2004" yielded nearly 48,000 results...

I just wonder if you can take his name and the date, there are sometimes cached websites that will have information you may be looking for.....

I hope you are able to get some answers...

Anyone can get a death certificate without cause of death in the state of Florida. This may lead to the funeral home, which may help you with some answers.
