| | | Middle School, Social, and Friends. Its hard in the seventh grade. Actually its the hardest grade of middle school and now I think the more friends i get, the more friends i forget (or they forget about me) like my best friend miko. We've been friends since the fourth grade and now i think im loosing her. How do i get her back? | | | | | | |

Just dont forget her. Its alright to make new friends, but just make sure you dont forget the old. The ones who were there for you through thick and thin. The ones you've known since elementary school, the golden years.

i was in the same postion and i did the wrong thing so don't make the same mistake i did. go up to her and say. "i am sorry i have been distracted and have not been paying enough attention to you, i want to be good friends like we used to be." see how she reacts, then spend time with her, and incite her to a sleepover or something try to make her feel specical and it will work

I was once told that there are 3 types of friends you will have: Those who are there for a reason, those who are there for a season, and those who are there for a lifetime. The reason friends are the ones put into your life by God for a specific reason maybe they were there to help you through a difficult time. Season friends are those that are there longer than reason friends, but they are still only there for a certain span of your life, like elementary school friends. Usually by middle school you have moved on and made new friends, yet that person is still your friend even if you don't hang anymore. The lifetime frineds are the friends that will be there for your entire life whenever you need them. There is nothing wrong with being a reason season or a lifetime friend. they all have their purpose. Just don't forget the memories you've made. Times change, friends change, but memories made last a lifetime

Ask Miko if she wants to do something with you. Like hanging out, or a sleep over. If that doesn't work, talk to her about it. If she gets mad at you or something, your best friend since the 4th grade doesn't seem to be the Miko you once knew. Give her a little time. If nothing works, move on. It may be painful, but just do it.
