Next year, I will be starting middle school. I am all freaked out! Bullies, lockers, 8 classes, TO MUCH!! PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE!!

It is months and a summer before, relax, it happens, life goes on.
HOw many classes do you do now, 8 most likely, just with the same teacher nromally. Lockers, get place to keep things, where do youkeep things now ? desk, shelf ?? Bullies, there are always bullies, the ones you had over the last few years will still be, most kids spend thier entire time withno problems.

Going to middle school, or high school, is frightening for many kids. Will you be switching school districts? If not, remember that you will be going to middle school with the same kids that you go to school with now.

It's not much different, maybe the kids will be taller than they are this year, but they will be the same kids, and many of them are scared too.

Just because you are going to middle school doesn't mean there are going to be bullies. Bullies exist in every are of school, from elementary, middle, high school, even sometimes in college. It's not going to be any different that it is now.

Yes, you will have lockers, but that's no big deal. Why does having lockers scare you?

See if it would be possible for you and your parents to go in before classes start and have a look around the school. Maybe if your parents explain to the administrators that you are worried and would like to get an idea of what to expect, a teacher or office worker could talk to you and explain how everything works.

I was nervous when I started middle school too. But, after the first week or so, I started to adjust. It can be scary, but you'll have a lot of fun there too. Lockers aren't bad. Just make sure you write down your combination to your lock and keep it where no one can find it. If you get bullied, tell someone right away. The teachers are there to help keep you safe, so don't be afraid to ask for help.

Having different classrooms can be fun. It's kind of nice to be able to get up and move around a little and sit somewhere new.

no worries i was scared but once its been 3 weks it will seem like you been doing it forever its not so bad if you compare your schedule with friends to see what classes you have together it really helps

dude don't worry middle school is a breeze there is hot guys,tons of teachers,electives,no lines,pizza!! it is awesome dont worry about anything it is gonna be sweet!

you are really lucky you have a middle school. at seventh grade, i was in the same building as twelfth graders. i went in before school started and went through my schedule. my mom even timed me for four minutes so my friends saw me sprinted through the hallway when school didnt even start. you have 8 classes. i have 9, once again you are very lucky. my advice is do not bring in a backpack. if it is rolls, you are going to get picked on so much. and bullies, i have never seen much of that. i saw a few fights, but they can be very avoidable.

ok yeah so i thought i was goin to be so nervous im in 8th now and it was so easy... bullies there not a problem really odnt lsiten to ppl that say thay r.... lockers not hard to open.... easy to remember combos... please dont be confused nothin confusing botu it!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Just relax... the talk about bullies is something people have done for years... gotta make the younger group nervous... there's plenty of prevention against bullies... it's not as bad as the talk you'll hear... just be nice and don't give people a reason to target you... such as bad mouthing them or making fun of them... I guess just having respect and treating them the way you want to be treated... You'll pretty much be with your own age group anyways.
