Weird mood swings

One minute I'm fine, the next I'm not. One minute I want to kill myself, the next minute I don't. I'm not sure if depression runs in my family, but I did have a brother commit suicide two years ago. I've always been very private and introverted. I don't like being around people. I don't think very highly of myself. Is there a name for all this or am I just weird?

I think you have to get it together and you are not your brother, you don't have to kill yourself because your brother did. This are thought you made your own and you now think that you depressed.

You can see a psychologist or go to church and find a reason for your life. Depresseion is not passed on from one generation to the next but is because of what the people tell you. Depression is not a desease but a state of mind.

get well soon...

Biggie agrees: I've lived with it for a while, it's almost becoming natural to me.
