when i was a child 8 to 13 i was getind raped by my aunts boyfriend.Now i fear everyman.even my husband. he took what ment the most to me. im scared to go out im scared to be alone. my mom never did put him in jail and i see him allmost everyday of my life and all i know to do is cry and i freeze i cant move. i wanna get were im not scared so i can live a normal life but i dont know how. i wanna get rid of the nightmares but i dont know how to get rid of them. when my husband trys to hold me i jump a pull away and its hurting our marriage but i dont know what to do. how can i get over what happend? can i ever?

You can get through this, and therapy is a great start. Also, as an adult, you choose where you go. Avoid anyplace that "he" is likely to be. A therapist can help you work through the fear, and the feelings of anger and disappointment you probably have toward your mother for failing to stand up for you legally.
