Memory Loss

I'm 32 female. i feel I'm losing my memory. sometime even not able to recall names of my close friends/relatives for few minutes. I also feel my presence of mind is going rapidly.

Can anyone please suggest some ways to come out of the problem- any medicine/eating habbits or something else.

Thanks

Kavita

Get enough sleep. The amount of sleep that we need will vary as we get older. I too, suffer from memory loss from time to time. I am 50. If I don't get enough sleep, then I am likely to have memory lapses.

The boittom line is, see your physician.
