I really think I have a problem. Im not bad looking, and Im not over weight, and I have a great boyfriend who loves me more than anything. But my mind freaks me out. I could be happy and everything is going great, but if a cute girl walks by or is shown on tv I freak out. I get anxious, and my body over heats, and I explode. One of these days my boyfriend, who is being very patient with me, is going to just get up and leave because "I need to realize that he can look but he wont touch and that it's normal, and that all guys are going to do it no matter what." I get it, I just cant fix it.

It can be fixed with help from a counseler.

I agree with T-man, it sounds like a counselor may be in order. You need to find the underlying cause of this behavior and it will take some therapy to find the root of the cause.

I think you are just being paranoid that your boyfriend will leave you for someome else. Try to build some self confidince
