| mental is something you cannot help without a dr meaning maybe biploar or pesonality disorder,,emotional is something that can be help without meds not a enbalance of the brain waves,,,i think everyone has sometime in thier lives been though emotional problems,,,some emontional problems cause depression..i had gone to the drs once about depression and explained what is going on in my life and he said "you do not have a enbalance where you need meds you need to get rid of the one that is causing the emotional stress in your life: iam working on doing that |

| I think it's something like this: Someonce hurt me emotionally very badly and i couldnt handle all the pain i felt that time so it started to have an effect on me, i was drowsy all the time, i lost track of time, my brain didnt function that well anymore and i could'nt think clearly. No one helped me so i turned to God. Im well now |

| emotional health is like how you feel, how happy or sad you are, etc, pretty much, emotional health, literally, is determined by what emotions you are feeling.
mental health, is like how well your brain/mind is working.
e.g. depression is mostly an emotional health thing, while something like schizoprenia or claustraphobia is more mental health. |

To me it is when someone plays with your mind, tells terrible lies, contradicts themselves very skillfully, deny everything and then expect with great demand for you to trust them, makes an image of certain people that you relate to that is not true, etc. It is a psycological game. Emotional is when that person plays with your feelings; or makes fun of them, withhelds approval, appreciation, or affection, disrespects you, humiliates you, tells you everything is your fault not theres, says that nothing you do is good enough, etc. |
