Make it go away

I been dealing with a few depression moments. I tend to get all hyped up and angery, or really scared and feel like im losing my head. I dont want to take any medications, i dont want to be a phyco. But is there any natural way to let this go. I feel really bad talking about it, but i need to know i need answers. Could it be the grass (weed) that I've done in the past that is affecting me like this? comon people i need some answers, and please i came here trying to get better, dont make this worse for me please.

you say you have done weed in the past. if you have only just stopped using then maybe you are suffering with withdrawal, i've been there i know. look, you have to find another purpose in life and really allow your time to carryout that purpose so that depression and anxiety doesn't have a chance to set in.

try it...

You are not psyco but you should speak with a therapist. It can only help you.

Please do not think that if you take meds you are a psycho.

Some people have high blood pressure (me) I have to take meds daily. This is a chemical imbalance in my body that is causing me to take meds.

Depression can also be a chemical imbalance for which you must take meds to correct the imbalance.

So, you see, just cause you take meds, you are not psycho.

Sometimes its only a matter of looking around the room and asking yourself, "How's my now?"

If everything appears okay, then take your cue from that. I have averted many a panic attack or freak out from just that little exercise.

If there are tangible problems I can see in that "now" -- that's different and its time to get busy finding those solutions. Sometimes its just a matter of getting up and cranking hard on that faucet to get it #%@#$@ shut off to start the ball rolling in the right direction for me!

Do you really believe that you are psycho ..no ...good step ...then you are not...

weed...has it's good moments... when used for medical reason...I smoked weed...and I nearly coughed by self to death..it felt like my lungs were coming through my mouth...bad experience.. yes... kept it away...did that moment interfere in my search for me... no...so neither should the moment interfere with you searching for you...it is ok to get angry...it's ok to get hyper...somebody has a self esteem issue...reads like it...so stop it!...anger with HD ...now you got a problem...I do not know if you do...only you can answer that question...do you want to see the real issue behind your concern ...talk to a minister..you have not wrote about a serious problem the requires much more...but it would not hurt to get that extra support from a professional...if only to hear him/her say you are normal...it would mean the world to you...try it on for size...
