I'm pretty sure I have depression.. What do I do?
So I suffer from a lot of the symptoms, I'm 14. I told my mom how I felt before and at the time she said she would get me help. But she hasn't done anything about it and its been like 3 months, I don't know how to bring it up again

Here is a website you should rread, signs and symptoms of teen depression. If you think, for sure, and I mean for sure, you have any of these symptoms then you must talk to your mom again. If you realize that you don't and just feel down, ahay, then you really don't want to go through meds and rehab for anyone with depression. It isn't a good place to be.

It's sad to see so many teens diagnosed now a days.
Tick is right in asking your mum to read through the website and is also correct about depression, rehab and medication aren't good places to be, you don't want to let it define you.

To bring it up, casually just pull your mum aside whilst she's doing the dinner maybe and say "Look, Mum, I've been feeling really down, could you please make me an appointment at the doctor? If you're too busy, I can make the appointment myself if it's okay with you?"

    Good luck.

    Exactly.

Do consider that being 14 year-old adolescent has a lot to do with how you may feel, and may not be true depression.
