    I'm always angry
I've been having this problem lately of being irritable and angry 24/7. I've tried to talk to someone about it but they said that it was stupid... I've also tried listening to music and writing but I always still feel angry! I don't have extra money for a therapist or anything. Please help!

Hi, I was wondering how old you are?

When we get angry in the way you have described, it is ususlly because of a certain person or an event that has troubled us. Try to think back a few weeks/months and see if you can thinik of anything that would have triggered your anger. Once you have come up with an idea then you can work from there.

As for controlling the anger, id suggest to keep carrying on with the writing and expressing your feelings through that. It might take a while to get used to, but it will start to work if you keep at it.

Is there any family members or really close friends that you feel you could talk to, or have u considered going to see a doctor?

Let me know how u get on, good luck, hope u can feel better soon
