How do I "let go"

Another problem I have is letting go of negative things I just let them fester inside me and drive me. How do I let go and focus on more positive things?

Your thoughts are not you they are only passing 'events' that will come and go inside your mind. Try and stay present buy breathing normally and focusing all your attention on your breathing. If your attention wanders gently return it to your breathing.

Practice, Practice, Practice, Practice, Practice! Thoughts, like anything else can be very habit forming. When you have a bad though (to each their own) quickly identify this thought and replace or correct it with something positive. Before you know it you will have formed a new habit.

Remember, it takes about 3,000 repetitions to form a "habit" and over 10,000 repetitions to break them. Good Luck!
