How Do i fix myself?

hey,

I have a huge problem and im not afraid to admit it. i am a very possessive and jealous boyfriend and its taking a huge toll on our relationship.

if you could read through the following article, its exactly how i behave and i believe how my gf feels

i could really use some help and some sort of a solution, like therapy or counselling or something.

please help me . i dont want to be the person i am coz frankly noone will live with me like the way i am.

Jealous guys are the absolute worst. She will leave you if you keep this behavior up.
Jealousy usually stems from personal insecurities. Talk to a therapist and try to
find out why you are so insecure and why trust is such a hard issue for you.
