i am a shy man

hi pupil im m, 21 years. i feel really shy to speak boldly to the people around me, especially to girls..
im not able to look at their eyes and im not able to find the reason why. i really want to overcome this problem. i also can't talk in front of my class.i just afraid looking to their eyes.help me come out of this, give me a good solution please..

to be honest, i never met a shy man like you! be noted my words do not intend to offend you,hope you do not mind! to overcome your problem,i think what you have to do just be more confident,always believe you can do it and you can do it well! i am not a perfect girl,but i am confident!even you are not excellent enough in your class,even you are not handsome like others,but i believe confidence will make you more attractive.......more easier to succeed in something!
