HIV fear

I went the other day to get tested for any STD's, i am so scared of catching HIV. They say I will get the result in 2 weeks....how is someone meant to do or think of anything else when this is on their mind.....I cant stop thinking about it, im so stressed with this. Ive foolishly had unprotected sex with a few people(female) all from the UK.

I am a paranoid person and worry about something practically every day, but this is just too much. Any1 reading this please dont ever get yourself in this postition because it is unbearable.....

Ive just had my second test, i was told that people can live to 10-15 years without any symptoms, i nearly walked away but every time i get the flu etc i would think maybe that is a sign, i have to wait till monday to get my result, its hard to concentrate on anything else as its only natural to worry about how life would be knowing you had it

The fear, not sleeping and not eating properly lowers your immune system and cause you to be ill. I have been throught the same thing. I was so afraid i could not eat or sleep and i bacame ill and lost about 20 pounds and i was conviced i had it. I was afraid to get tested but ended up getting the strenthe and it turned out i didnt have it at all. All the symptoms were just caused by my fear. So i am sure you are fine since your first came out clear. Just pray to God that he have mercy on you, and give you a second chance.

Congratulation! i feel relieved for you. The best way to protect your self is to have one partner whom you trust. I.e a wife or a long term partner. Using a condom is not always 100% because breakage can occur then you will be crewed. I had a friend who got an std even though he used protection and that is coz the condom broke. So be careful and rethink having random sexual encounters with strangers because you dont know who they were with last night.
