Help! I cry for no reason...

Recently I have been crying for no reason at all. It is doesn't usually happen when I'm with friends or anyone. It's usually when I'm on my own, for instance just doing school work. I have looked it up on the internet and other have discovered many other people have the same thing. Some people think it's anxiety from what I've read. I can't help it, it just suddenly comes over me. I'm not depressed, I'm happy most of the time, just recently this has been happening. Please help!

dear steve,
well why don't you cry on purpose when your by your self get a pillow and cry and scream into it, i get it a lot to sometimes its just your bodies way of clearing out your system so when all of your system is cleared it should stop, or if you don't won't to do that try be as active as possible try reading a book if your by your self or go out for a run that might work
