I am less talkative as well as having no anger. My presence of mind also is less. When any of my friends teases or jokes at me, I can’t reply. But I later form many type of replies in my mind and I think if I could smartly answer him at that time of his saying, it was the best. These thoughts consume my valuable time. My confidence level also fluctuates while performing group discussion or even talking to a reputed person. I sometimes suffer from depression for all of these.
Can anybody please help me how can I overcome these problems and how does it possible to increase my presence of mind? What are the possible reasons behind these?
