Ok. I wrote in ages ago because my sadness won't go away and IT STILL WON'T. It has been months and I am still feeling sadness. I have tried to exercise and change my diet and take my mind of sad thoughts but it won't go away. I have no energy and all I want to do is sleep. I cry for no reason. People actually ask if I am ok. I don't care what happens to me anymore. I am worthless and stupid anyway. Can't concerntrate on anything. I can't sleep at night either. What is worrying is I am turning very morbid.

I have morbid thoughts. I have been on a course. I am surprised I have lasted in it, being as useless as me. I am sorry to burdening you all but I have to get it out my system. Thanks for reading

the morbid thoughts aren't really worrying me...as I have morbid thoughts constantly.

Do you know what you're sad about? Have you been moping around or being active and seeking people to spend time with? Have you considered a counselor or a therapist?

I know you said you have tried exercise but it really does work! You need to go for a a walk every day. Walk about 3 miles (for about an hour). You must do it every day. You must keep it up for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks you start to feel better. It won't make you happy but it will take the edge off and lift your mood.

No energy and cannot concerntrate. I know that feeling. Going over things in your head over and over. There is a book you should read called "calming your anxious mind". There is a good meditation exercise in there that will give you focus and concentration. It should give you some inner peace and make you feel better.

There are times when professional help can be a good thing, It does not mean we are crazy, it does not mean we are less it merely means we need someone to help us.

Also there are many support groups, and there sometimes by helping others we find help ourself, things like helping the homeless, missions, habitat for humanity and more.

I wish you the best. I recommend you to go see a behavioral health specialist. A psychiatrist can prescribe a medication that will help you. You'll start to feel better in within a week. You will feel better. Talking to a psychologist or couseler is also helpful in conjunction with medication. I felt the same and this path helped me. good luck.
