Feeling really sad

Hey I can seem to shake this feeling of being sas and lonely, it started today when we came home from holiday were i had been staying with my two cusions and now i feel really sad that they are not here even tho I will be seeing them on saterday ? Why is this and is their anyway to help me get over this

ps.Im a teenagers so is thsi just hormeones?

Involve in any activity that excites u .Think about someone whom u like.Watch programmes that u like.

light Beer can be taken.Eat good foods that u always wanted to have.

LIfe is full of changes.....it is normal to have emotional reactions to what has bearing on us in small ways and in important ways.

Emotions change, today you feel sad and lonely, tomorrow you feel playful and happy, and so on.

Acknowledge your emotions like you did here, and then let them go. Don't dwell on emotions whether sad or happy.

Go and do something that you really enjoy, whatever that is!
