my father accident on job, I think it was premeditated, how do I deal with this?

Right now my head is hurting like crazy, I have been really sick for the last week, and then my father had an accident on the job, they say he fell from the ladder, but I beg to differ...

To the side story, my father has been working in that company for 4 years, and never had any accident. But as it looks the company is moving to india soon and he is expected to lose the job in few months if not weeks, the odds are just way too small of things like this happenning now.

now to question his character, just last year store clerk caught him changing clothes prices, at first he denied the charge to us familly members and swear against us that it wasn't his fault but when the store filed for penalty, he was overly eager to payup penalty rather then face that clerk in the court, and thats where the doubt for me comes in, he has been very dishonest on many of his accounts and he can't even stay honest to fmilly members.

I already confronted my family members but should I confront him now? My brother and mother are overly protective for him but I just can't let go this feeling that he did it by himself to get attention!!

I think you have to ask yourself what you would acheive by confronting him? It cant be proved either way if it was an accident or not. I would let it be. You cant change the past.

Let it go. Don't confront him. You can't prove anything, and even if you could, what would it prove? That he's a dishonest spoiled baby? You know that already. If your family doesn't know it, it's because they don't want to know. It's not your job to expose his immaturity or to reform him. Let it be.

I don't understand why you feel you need to confront anybody for your father's actions. If he did it on purpose then he will have to live with the affects of his actions. If not, you could hurt him. Maybe he was just plain stressed over the knowledge that the company is moving, was preoccupied and really had an accident. Personally, I think if he was planning on hurting himself at work he would find a less dangerous way to have an injury!

I think that you should stop treating your dad like a child, worry about your own life and let your dad worry about his. What goes around comes around, and you can't be his judge. That's up to God.

Ok, it is basicly none of your business, if he really got hurt, or if he is faking it, why do you even care, you can't change it, and should stay out of it.
