Take up a sport and get a lot of exercise every day....cycling is very good, you can build up your stamina and muscles. Lots of fun!

Exercise and lots of it cures most of what ails anyone. Studies have shown that out.

Have you tried talking to your dad? (And I don't mean telling him that his girlfriend is horrible and that you hate her) It seems like you're really hurting and your dad probably doesn't realize what he's doing. Sometimes people get caught up in the moment and they need someone to point out that they're doing something hurtful.
