i don't have enough confidence to confide in people

i think i have depression, nothing seems enjoyable any more. i've been feeling this way for a long time now and i feel so alone in the world. i've always found it hard to comfide in people about my feelings. it's so hard to get help when i can't tell people what i'm thinking. what can i do about this??

In here we have no 'face' to protect, so lets begin with the basics.

What do you have to hide? Who is judging you to be this withdrawn person?

Why u feel this way... i was like you, but now i'v some new friends make me feel alive even i don love this alot , so i read some story and make my time busy..

make it busy pro.. no1 came to this life without a reason ;]
