emotional problems?

I realize that I can't seem to control my jealously and when I get jealous I gain so much anger and I catch weird mood swings I feel depressed and very emotional I get jealous for anything ..with my boyfriend I get mad most of the time when hes out with his friends or if he doesn't call me or takes a long time to reply. I'm always having negative thoughts in my head. I don't no why i feel so emotional at times I cry because I hold so much anger but I just can't explain why ...so my question is what's going on with me ? I'm confused because I hate feeling this way

Do you have anger problems? Maybe you should talk to someone you know or trust about the whole jealousy thing. I used to get jealous of people alot too, but I learned to appreciate things (including my life) more and learned to just be happy and supportive of other people. i hope this all works out for ya!

I think you are going through all of this pain because you are holding your anger inside. That is not good. It's only going to build up and you may take it out on the wrong person. As for your jealousy you should talk to your parnter and tell how you feel. That way he knows and could maybe aviod it.(not by never speaking to his friends again or what ever the situation may be)

I think it is because you held in so much anger it building up and your getting even more angry. You should talk to someone or take your anger out on material objects. Not by breaking things or ramming your fist through a brick wall. But by yelling at a tree. Get it all of your chest when noone is looking. lol. Seriously though, you should let that anger go.

There are many ways...
You could talk to a friend and after that do something you enjoy.
Take a nap or a breath.
Dont have time? Make time! You may need it more than you think you do.
Have noone to talk to? I'm free.
