Hi Static,
Maybe it's just time for a career change. I used to do a lot of programming myself, many years ago. It started with my first computer at the age of eleven, read every book I could on the subject, and then I subsequently completely lost interest by the age of twenty, at which point all my skills were hopelessly outdated anyhow. I still live behind a computer, but have mostly used it for composing and photography in the past decade, but now even music is starting to lose much of its once avid appeal. Sometimes we just move on, interests change.
It is also common that any one particular antidepressant neither typically works forever. If you still feel you could benefit from them, perhaps it's time to seek out a new one. You might also have your doctor check you for any underlying thyroid dysfunction or specific vitamin deficiencies that may be hampering the effects of the antidepressants.
Hopefully things will start looking up soon. Try to take some time to enjoy yourself outside of work. Take care.
